This has become such a reliable method that it doesn\u2019t matter if I\u2019m looking for hotel recommendations, recipes, or \u201cdo-it-yourself\u201d projects. And it turns out that I\u2019m not alone. A <a href=\"https:\/\/www.brightlocal.com\/learn\/local-consumer-review-survey-2014\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">BrightLocal survey<\/a> found that \u201c88% of consumers say that they trust online reviews as much as personal recommendations.\u201d<\/p>\n<div class=\"div-minispacer\"><\/div>\n<p>Personally, I want to feel comfortable with a brand before purchasing and that is easy when they have a good reputation. I enjoy reading product reviews from other people and I\u2019m rarely disappointed when I go through with a purchase that was recommended. Having happy, satisfied customers review your company and its products can have an enormous impact on business. In fact, \u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/www.invespcro.com\/blog\/the-importance-of-online-customer-reviews-infographic\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">customers spend 31% more<\/a> with a business that has \u2018excellent\u2019 reviews.\u201d<\/p>\n<div class=\"div-minispacer\"><\/div>\n<p>Building up positive online reviews from your customers takes effort but Sogolytics can make it easy.
