How does Zapier integration work?<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

While the word integration <\/em><\/strong>is sometimes interpreted as \u201clots of work for my development team that\u2019s busy already\u201d, Zapier takes all of the struggle out of the process and makes the connection easy — easy enough that even I can do it. \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

  1. Start by considering a current workflow that you\u2019re handling manually but would prefer to automate (all of them, right?). Let\u2019s say that you have a new event registration form live and you\u2019re adding each attendee to a Google Sheets spreadsheet you\u2019re sharing with your team.<\/li>
  2. Within your Zapier account, set up a \u2018Zap\u2019 — an automated workflow — to identify the trigger (registration received!) and the action (add row to Sheets document).<\/li>
  3. Test your Zap with sample responses, then sit back and relax as the magic happens.<\/li><\/ol>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

    Basically, yes! You\u2019ll need a Premium or Enterprise Sogolytics account to get started, and you\u2019ll find this option within your account under Utilities by clicking on Integrations. You\u2019ll also need a Zapier account<\/a>. Zapier offers both free and paid versions, and you can start with a trial to check it out.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
