According to McLean\u2019s study, those with an EVP were 1.2 times more likely to be high performing at recruiting quality talent.<\/p>\n<div class=\"div-minispacer\"><\/div>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.gartner.com\/en\/human-resources\/insights\/employee-engagement-performance\/employee-value-proposition\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Gartner<\/a> has also found delivering a strong EVP can &#8220;attract significant talent and boost employee engagement.\u201d The consultancy states an effective EVP can:<\/p>\n<div class=\"div-minispacer\"><\/div>\n<ul>\n<li>Help you reach 50% deeper into the labor market<\/li>\n<li>Reduce the compensation premium by 50%<\/li>\n<li>Decrease annual employee turnover by just under 70%<\/li>\n<li>Increase new hire commitment by nearly 30%<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>A well-executed EVP can also nearly double (<a href=\"https:\/\/linkhumans.com\/benefits-clear-evp\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">24% to 47%<\/a>) the likelihood that employees will refer people to your organization and act as their sponsors. With word of mouth playing a major role in human behavior, it can also help with filling vacancies.
