Automated recalculation keeps values current as underlying data changes.<\/p>\n Sogolytics is now available on the PointClickCare<\/strong> Marketplace, enabling senior care providers to automate resident and patient experience surveys using real-time admission, discharge, and transfer events. The integration serves skilled nursing, assisted living, independent living, and memory care organizations across the U.S. and Canada. Resident and family contact data syncs directly into Sogolytics, helping surveys reach the appropriate resident, guardian, family member, or care partner at the right milestone. By eliminating spreadsheets, manual uploads, and scheduled list-building, providers can gather more timely feedback, connect insights across the resident journey, reduce administrative work, and scale programs across multiple facilities.<\/p>\n We\u2019ve also expanded the text analysis capabilities within CX dashboards with a new Metadata<\/strong> experience.
