What can a sub-user do in the app?
If you’d like to have multiple team members working within your Sogolytics account, your account administrator can add new sub-users within the Sogolytics web app. The administrator can assign permissions to create, share, and analyze content within both the web and the mobile app.
Not sure if you have a sub-user account?
- Tap on
- Tap your initials.
- ‘Admin’ or ‘Sub-User’ will be shown under User Type.
If you’re not sure about your permissions, check with your account administrator.
