Save Survey Edit Later Option

The Save and Continue Later feature allows participants to pause a survey and resume it at their convenience without losing their progress. This is especially useful for longer surveys, giving respondents the flexibility to complete them in multiple sittings.

When enabled, a “Save & Continue Later” option appears on the survey screen. Participants can use this option to save their responses and return later to continue from where they left off.

How to Enable

1. Go to Design and click the Project Options (gear icon) next to Visual Settings.
2. Select Save and Continue Later from the dropdown list.
3. Enable the option: “Allow participants to save responses and return later to edit and submit.”
4. Customize the message displayed to participants.
5. Click Save.

How It Works

• Participants can save their responses at any point during the survey by clicking the Save and Continue Later option.
  
• Saved responses are marked as Incomplete under Trackuntil the survey is submitted.
• Participants can resume the survey and continue from the last answered question or restart from the beginning.

Save and Continue later for Single-Use Links

If participants are using a single-use link, they can reopen the original invitation link to continue their response.

Save and Continue later for Multi-Use Links

If participants are using multi-use links, they can either copy the generated continuation link that appears after clicking Save and Continue Later, or enter their email address to receive the link and resume later. Both options are displayed after clicking Save and Continue Later on the participation page.
