The quality of each Contact List is determined by several factors. As the List is used to launch projects, its rating will be updated.
Star ratings will not be given to Unique ID Lists.
The following factors affect the rating of a list:
Number of email addresses
The rating process starts with the base star rating given to all newly created lists, based on the number of email addresses in the list. The higher the number of email addresses in the list, the higher the base rating.
Number of active verified email address
The higher the percentage of valid, verified email addresses in the list, the higher the rating.
Number of unsubscribed and hard bounce email address
The higher the percentage of unsubscribed and bounced email addresses in the list, the lower the rating.
Keep your list clean by archiving and deleting invalid or unsubscribed contacts. Learn more about list cleaning.
