The Sogolytics platform offers a variety of options to keep your Sogolytics account safe and secure. Sogolytics takes pride in ensuring that all your data is secure. Account security options are accessible only to admin account users.
Want to level up your account security? Here’s how:
Admin Account
These options will be applied to the entire account.
- Expire password after 90 days.
- Do not allow account password to repeat user’s three most recently used passwords.
- Protect account with 2-Step Authentication
- Restrict login based on IP address.
When this option is enabled, passwords will automatically expire every 90 days. You will be prompted to reset your password the next time you log in.
When this option is enabled, a new password must be different from the three previous passwords you have used.
When this option is enabled, login will require two steps. First, sign in with the account password. Second, enter a verification code emailed to the address associated with your account.

When this option is enabled, only the IP addresses listed will be allowed to login into your account. You can restrict login for your Sub-users too. Add multiple IP addresses separated by commas or use (*) to indicate a range of IP addresses (example: 192.168.31.* ).
If you are unable to log in due to a change of IP address, contact support.
