                                          Cancel/Reschedule Reminders

                                          If you schedule Reminders to people who have received Single-Use Links, Reminders will only go to those who have not participated by the delivery time.

                                          If you schedule Reminders to addresses that have received Multi-Use Links, you can choose to send Reminders to any addresses, whether they have responded or not.

                                          However, if you have scheduled a Reminder that you need to cancel or reschedule, follow the steps below:

                                          1. Select your project and click Publish.
                                          2. In the Distribute menu bar, click on Reminders.
                                          3. Click on View Reminder History. The system will display history for all reminders sent for this project.
                                          4. Under Reminder History, click on Delete icon to cancel the Reminders scheduled.
                                          5. To reschedule Reminders, click on the calendar icon and select the date and time when the Reminder should be sent.
                                          6. If you have scheduled more than one batch of Reminders, you may choose to select which batch you wish to cancel or reschedule.

                                          You cannot reschedule/cancel SMS Reminders.
