What’s the big idea?
Google Analytics is a product offered by Google that helps track and report website traffic. Organizations that use Google Analytics are interested in learning more about the online behavior of their customers or other visitors. This information can help organizations identify how well they are reaching their goals, as well as what improvements they might want to make.

Integrating an Existing Google Analytics Account with Sogolytics

First, you’ll need your Measurement ID from Google Analytics.

1. Log in to your Google Analytics account at http://www.google.com/analytics .
2. Go to Admin > Property Settings > Data Streams.
3. Select the website property you want to track.
4. Open the Web Data Stream for your site.
5. Copy the Measurement ID (e.g., `G-XXXXXXX`).

Now you can use your Google Analytics account in connection with your Sogolytics account for added tracking and insights.

1. Within your Sogolytics account, select Integrations from the left-hand panel.
2. Choose Google Analytics from the left panel.
3. Click Connect with Google Analytics.
4. Paste the Measurement ID you copied from Google Analytics.
5. Click Save to complete the integration.
