                                          Enable Browser-Based Notifications

                                          Get notified about the latest changes in your SogoConnect account, right from your browser. Browser-based notifications are available for Google Chrome, Microsoft edge, and Firefox, and they align with your web notification settings.

                                          Here’s how to customize your notification settings:

                                          1. Within Settings, find the Notifications section.
                                          2. Make sure that Enable Browser Settings is toggled ON.
                                          3. Check the boxes for the SogoConnect actions that should trigger a notification.
                                          4. Customize preferences for when you are the owner of a Dialogue and when you are a team member.
                                          5. Click Save in the top right corner to confirm your changes.

                                          Browser-specific settings will control whether or not you will hear a sound when the notification comes through.

                                          To restore notifications to your organization’s default settings, click Reset to Default in the top right corner.
