Share Reports

Sharing reports, especially while a project is still live, keeps stakeholders and decision makers engaged throughout the process. To encourage participation and expand understanding, Sogolytics makes it easy to generate and share dynamic report links that update automatically whenever new responses are received. Whether these links are shared individually or by social media, they’re quick and easy to generate.

Navigate to

• Share Report Link
• Share Report on Twitter
• Share Report on Facebook

Share Report Link

1. Select your project and click on Report.
2. On the Report menu bar, click Saved Reports.
3. Check the box in front of the report to be shared
4. Click on the link icon to the right of the Twitter icon.
5. Choose from the options displayed:
   
   1. Copy the link.
   2. Create a new link. Note: This will deactivate the current link.
   3. Enable or disable the link.
   4. Choose whether to give the report viewer the ability to download the report.
   5. Choose whether to protect the report with a password.
6. Click Done.

Share Report on Twitter

1. Select your project and click on Report.
2. On the Report menu bar, click Saved Reports.
3. Select a report and click on the Twitter icon.

Share Report on Facebook

1. Select your project and click on Report.
2. On the Report menu bar, click Saved Reports.
3. Select a report and click on the Facebook icon.
