                                    Answer Library

                                    The Answer Library is useful when you want to add the same answer options time and again, in your current survey or in future surveys. There are two types of answer libraries/lists: System-Defined and User-Defined Answer Lists.

                                    System-Defined Answer Lists

                                    Sogolytics offers an Answer Library filled with common answer sets, allowing you to add these system-defined answer lists to your questions without having to type the list yourself.

                                    1. Create a survey or edit an existing survey.
                                    2. Add a question.
                                    3. Enter the question text and click on Answer Library.
                                    4. Select any system-defined answer list and proceed further to save the changes.

                                    User-Defined Answer Lists

                                    Beyond the System-Defined options, you can create your own custom answer lists.

                                    1. Create a project or edit an existing project.
                                    2. Add a question.
                                    3. Enter the question text.
                                    4. Enter the answers that you would like to save.
                                    5. Click on Answer Library. Choose to save the current answer options to the Answer Library.
                                    6. Enter the title for your answer list.
                                    7. Review the answer options, then add more options, clear the list, or alphabetize as needed.
                                    8. Save the answer list for future use, or choose to save and use it now.
                                    9. You can add a maximum of 250 answer options to a list.
