                                          View Customer History

                                          To view Customer History, click on a Dialogue of the desired customer. The Dialogue tab will open and in the top-left column you’ll see Customer Information. Below that header you’ll see the customer’s name, email address, phone number, and customer type.

                                          The top row will inform you how many Dialogues from this person are Unopened, In Progress, Pending, CX Score, and Closed.

                                          If you want to see all of the customer’s Dialogues in SoGoConnect, click on the number right next to “Email.” As soon as you click on that number you’ll be brought to a new tab within SoGoConnect. SoGoConnect will bring up all Dialogues with the associated email.
