                                          Introduction to Account Set-up

                                          As a User you can have a range of responsibilities and capabilities within SogoConnect. Here’s a brief rundown of the features in the platform that you can employ to help close the feedback loop.

                                          Interest Areas

                                          Interest Areas are topics that you’re looking for feedback on. These could be specific departments, products, services, locations, or something else. Depending on your role, you can create and/or edit Interest Areas.

                                          Response Templates

                                          If you’re an Interest Area Owner, you can create customized saved messages to speed up responding to Customers.

                                          Form Messages

                                          Form Messages are introductory messages for Interest Areas that help Customers know which Interest Area they’re leaving feedback for and the type of feedback they should be leaving.
