Email Templates

Within Email Templates, you will find beautifully designed templates which can be used as starting points for your own invitations, customized for your purpose and to match your organization’s branding and design.

The rich editor of the templates enables you to upload images, utilize HTML, apply boundaries, customize background color, and customize many more aspects to attract participants’ attention and engage them in your project.

After creating a customized message, you can review it by sending out test invitation to your team members or co-workers before sending out an actual invitation.

Plus, you can use the Quick Look option to view details of a particular message, including the number of invitations sent using that message and responses received. Or, switch to list view to see all details in a single glance.

To get started with creating a new template, Create New Message and click on one of the templates to make it your own.

Wherever you are in the platform, it’s always easy to access Email Invitation Templates!

• Within Distribute, you’ll find Invitation Templates on the right end of the Distribute menu bar.
• From anywhere in the platform, access Invitation Templates by clicking on the Resource Hub icon in the top right corner of your screen.
