Providing participants with a clear and logical path through a survey improves data quality, since participants are only presented with relevant data; shortens the survey because irrelevant questions are not displayed; and improves response rates.

Sogolytics provides multiple efficient types of project logic, including:

• Single-Question Branching
  Sets a participant’s path based on the answer to a single question.
• Multi-Question Branching
  Sets a participant’s path based on answers to multiple questions.
• Question Display Logic (QDL)
  Shows or hides a follow-up question based on the answer to an earlier question.
• Answer Display Logic (ADL)
  Shows or hides answers options based on answers to an earlier question.
