Utilities provides quick access to a range of more advanced features, many of which are more useful after you have designed your project or received responses.

Click on the dotted-square icon on the right side of the screen to access Utilities.

Integrations

Automate workflow tasks using Zapier, connect to your Google Analytics account to analyze visitors, link to your Salesforce account to automate your processes, use HTTP Targets to send data and distribute faster using SFTP and more!

URL based Pre-population

Pre-populate a multi-use link to simplify your reporting and expand your distribution options.

Switch Invitations

Switch Invitations is a ‘just in case’ feature. If you launch your project without the final question or the final branching rule in place, Switch Invitations can help to rescue you. Once this option is enabled, participants will use the same invitation link to access your project but will be redirected to the corrected project.

Merge Projects

Combine data from multiple Projects to enhance your reporting capabilities, or combine old Projects into a new and improved version.

Master Log

Keep track of all invitations/reminders ever sent from your Sogolytics account. Each record indicates the number of invitations sent, number of times an invitee has participated, status of each invitation sent out, etc.

File Library

Upload files and access them via the URL. Use the file URL anywhere within your project or invitation to allow participants to download the file.

Project Calendar

Plan your project calendar and share with sub-users to improve collaboration and project management, or review your account’s Actual Calendar, including all activity.
