Since assessments are often organized into multiple sections, it can be helpful to give participants a score for each section. Beyond the overall score, the section score lets the participant know what he or she needs to review.<\/p>\n

After you have added all the questions to your assessment in Design, you may categorize your questions into sections on the Assign Scores page.<\/p>\n

Here\u2019s how:<\/p>\n

  1. Create or select an Assessment to edit.<\/li>\n
  2. In the Design menu bar, click on the Assign Scores button.<\/li>\n
  3. Click on the Settings icon on the left panel.<\/li>\n
  4. Toggle \u2018Categorize Questions\u2019 to Yes, then click Done.<\/li>\n

  5. Click on the newly created Category 1 to provide a name.<\/li>\n
  6. Select questions to add to this category.<\/li>\n
  7. Click \u2018Add Category\u2019 again to create more question categories. Up to 25 categories may be created.<\/li>\n
