There is plenty to think about when creating a survey, and it is easy to miss common spelling mistakes while thinking about bigger goals. To ensure that all the terms used in the survey are spelled correctly, Sogolytics\u2019s Spell Check feature can be of great help. To make sure nothing is missed, it is best to run a spell check once the entire questionnaire is created.<\/p>\n

To perform a spell check:
\n<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Create a project or edit an existing project.<\/li>\n
  2. In the Design menu bar, click on Spell Check.<\/li>\n
  3. Review the results. The incorrectly spelled words will be displayed in the \u2018Change to\u2019 field. Also, Suggestions for the misspelled words will be displayed. You can select the correct word from these suggestions and make the replacement. You can also add the new and updated words to the dictionary. This is especially useful with specialized words you will use again. Additions made to the dictionary will be available to all users in your account.

  4. When your check is complete, close the dictionary and Save at the bottom of the page.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    • To edit answer options in Multiple Drop Down questions or in Drop Downs within Matrix Grids, click the link displayed as \u2018Edit Dropdown Options\u2019.<\/li>\n
