If you are trying to locate a certain term or phrase in your survey, and\/or want to replace with another word or phrase, then this can be easily achieved by harnessing the Find and Replace feature. Find and Replace reviews the entire survey and highlights all occurrences of the required word\/phrase at once.<\/p>\n

Find a Word<\/h2>\n

The following steps will show you how to locate and display all instances of a particular word or phrase in your survey:<\/p>\n

  1. Create a project or edit an existing project.<\/li>\n
  2. In the Design menu bar, click on Spell Check and choose Find & Replace.<\/li>\n
  3. In the Find box, type the text to be searched. Choose to match the case or match the whole word, as desired.

  4. To find a single instance of the text, click \u2018Find Next\u2019 and to find all instances of the word, click \u2018Find All\u2019.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Replace a Word<\/h2>\n

    If you wish to replace one or all occurrences of a particular word\/phrase in your survey, follow the steps listed below:<\/p>\n

    1. Create a project or edit an existing project.<\/li>\n
    2. In the Design menu bar, click on Spell Check and choose Find & Replace.<\/li>\n
    3. In the Find box, type the text to be searched. Choose to match the case or match the whole word, as desired.<\/li>\n
    4. In the Replace box, type the replacement text.<\/li>\n
    5. To find the next occurrence of the text, click on Find Next.<\/li>\n
    6. To replace an occurrence of the text, click on Replace. After you click on Replace, the system moves to the next occurrence of the text.<\/li>\n
