Talk about a time saver. When you’re done building your project, Quick Send gives you fast-track access to sending invitations quickly and easily. <\/p>\n

If you’d like to use Mail Merge or Data Population, or send from a List or file, use the standard publishing process. Quick Send is designed for quick publishing of projects without these features. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n

If you’re in a hurry, here’s how to launch your project fast:<\/p>\n

  1. Click on Quick Send.\n
      \n
    • If you’re still under Design, the Quick Send icon in the top right of your canvas.
      \n\n<\/li>\n
    • If you’re under Distribute, you’ll see the Quick Send button in the top right.\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
    • Choose the type of invitation you want to send.\n
        \n
      • Single-Use Link <\/li>\n
      • Multi-Use Link<\/li>\n

        \n <\/ul>\n<\/li>\n

      • Enter email addresses separated by comma or a line break. <\/li>\n
      • If the selected project is available in multiple languages, choose the desired language for the invitation. <\/li>\n
      • \tFrom the Email Message dropdown menu, choose any of your customized messages created in Email Templates. <\/li>\n
      • Hover over the image and click to Edit or Preview. <\/li>\n

        Messages with Mail Merge values included will not be displayed in this dropdown menu.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/li>\n

      • Identify when invitations should be sent.\n

        • Choose Send to publish immediately. <\/li>\n
        • Select Schedule for Later to postpone delivery.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
