Drill down into your records within Track by applying filters.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/R30.2.128.png\"><br \/>\nHere\u2019s how:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Under Track, click on the Filter icon.<\/li>\n<li>The system will open a pop-up window with options to filter, such as:\n<ul>\n<li>URL Status<\/li>\n<li>URL Expiry<\/li>\n<li>Email<\/li>\n<li>Subscription Status<\/li>\n<li>Survey Attribute<\/li>\n<li>Status<\/li>\n<li>Invitation Date<\/li>\n<li>Delivery Status<\/li>\n<li>Reminder Date<\/li>\n<li>Reminder Delivery Status<\/li>\n<li>Participation Date<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Filter based on your preferred options.<\/li>\n<li>Click Save to apply your filter.<\/li>\n<li>You\u2019ll see a filter icon next to columns on which a filter has been applied.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2 id=\"section-2\">Show\/Hide Columns<\/h2>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/R30.2.129.png\"><br \/>\nYou may choose to show or hide certain data columns in Track. Check the columns you would like to see and uncheck those you want to hide.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"section-3\">Refresh Data<\/h2>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/R30.2.131.png\"><br \/>\nOnce you have set your filters and columns in Track, you can refresh your data by clicking on the refresh button. The ability to maintain settings while refreshing Track is only available for Single-Use Link, Multi-Use Link, and Shareable URL.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"section-4\">Edit Pre-Populated Data<\/h2>\n<p>This feature gives you the ability to View, Edit, and Export data of email addresses with pre-populated information.<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/R30.2.130.png\"><br \/>\n<strong>To review or edit Pre-Populated data:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Under Track, click on the settings icon (Edit Pre-populated data).<\/li>\n<li>The system will open a pop-up window with Email addresses\/Survey Passwords which include pre-populated information.<\/li>\n<li>You can edit pre-populated fields for each address or password.<\/li>\n<li>You can also download the pre-populated information in Excel format by simply by clicking on Export.<\/li>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/R30.2.131.png\"><\/p>\n<div class=\"sogo-help-info-box\"><i class=\"fal fa-info-circle\"><\/i><\/p>\n<p class=\"sogo-info-text\">Maximum 2000 characters are allowed for pre-population.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/ol>\n<h2 id=\"section-5\">Review\/Edit Scheduled Invitations<\/h2>\n<p>As needed, you can delete, reschedule, or cancel scheduled invitations. Here\u2019s how:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Select the project for which you have scheduled invitations and click on Track.<\/li>\n<li>Click on View\/Edit Scheduled Invites icon.<\/li>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/R30.2.133.png\"><\/p>\n<li>In the pop-up, review the invitations scheduled for delivery.<\/li>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/05\/TS103.png\"><\/p>\n<li>Next to the appropriate record, click on the calendar icon and choose the correct data and time at which the invitation(s) should be sent.<\/li>\n<li>Click Done.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2 id=\"section-6\">Send New Invitation<\/h2>\n<p>Send a new email or SMS invitation directly from Track by using the exact details of an invitation you\u2019ve already sent. This option sends a brand new, duplicate invitation, creating a new record in Track. The duplicate invitation will include all the same settings, including the same Email Template, Mail Merge, and Pre-Population options. <\/p>\n<div class=\"sogo-help-info-box\"><i class=\"fal fa-info-circle\"><\/i><\/p>\n<p class=\"sogo-info-text\">  If you need to send a Reminder instead, <a href=\"\/help\/send-filter-survey-reminders\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">learn more here<\/a>.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p><strong>To send a new invitation from Track:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>From All Projects, find your project, then select Publish.<\/li>\n<li>Navigate to Single-Use Link or SMS records.<\/li>\n<li>Select a single record by checking the box to the left of the address or mobile number.<\/li>\n<li>Click the Send New Invitation button that appears above the list.<\/li>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/R30.2.134.png\"><\/p>\n<li>A new invitation will be sent with the same settings as the original.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>A new invitation cannot be sent through this method if the record selected shows any of these statuses:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>URL Status:<\/strong> Expired<\/li>\n<li><strong>Subscription status:<\/strong> Opted Out, Permanently Opted out<\/li>\n<li><strong>Status:<\/strong> Bounced, Email scheduled, Sent for Delivery<\/li>\n<li><strong>Delivery Status:<\/strong> Bounced, Email scheduled<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 id=\"section-7\">Export Records<\/h2>\n<p>Click on the Export button on the right to download the complete distribution information in Excel format. You can also export filtered records by first applying filters and then exporting.<\/p>\n<p>The downloaded Excel file will contain each participant\u2019s email address\/password, status, participation date and time, and survey participation link. If you have pre-populated data in your survey check &#8216;Include Pre-pop data&#8217; to export it with your Excel file.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"section-8\">View Detailed Participant Activity<\/h2>\n<p>What\u2019s your survey been up to? Track survey participation effectively using detailed log tracking option. <\/p>\n<p><strong>To see a participant\u2019s detailed log: <\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>From All Projects, find your project, then select Track.<\/li>\n<li>Choose a distribution method from the left panel or a card below.<\/li>\n<li>Select a single record and click on Detailed Log.<\/li>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/R30.2.135.png\"><\/p>\n<li>This feature gives you the ability to track each participant\u2019s activity in detail. The system provides you with the following information with timestamps for each record.<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/06\/DS37.png\"><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Survey Invitation Sent<\/li>\n<li>Survey Participation Opened<\/li>\n<li>Reminder Email Sent<\/li>\n<li>Survey Abandoned on a particular page<\/li>\n<li>Survey Completion<\/li>\n<li>Invitation Expiry Details<\/li>\n<li>Invitation Email Bounce<\/li>\n<li>Reminder Email Bounce<\/li>\n<li>Survey invitation Resent<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2 id=\"section-9\">Delete Records<\/h2>\n<p>Each record listed in Track is associated with a response. Be very cautious before deleting any record.<br \/>\nTo delete a response, select the record by using the checkbox to the left. Click <strong>Delete <\/strong>to delete the record, as well as any reminders and responses tied to it.<\/p>\n<div class=\"sogo-help-info-box\">\n<i class=\"fal fa-info-circle\"><\/i> <\/p>\n<p class=\"sogo-info-text\"> CAUTION: The delete action is irreversible.
