Sogolytics\u2019 saved reports make quick retrieval easy.<\/p>\n<p>Wherever you are in the platform, it\u2019s always easy to access Saved Reports! <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Within the Report module, you\u2019ll find Saved Reports on the right end of the Report menu bar. <\/li>\n<li>From anywhere in the platform, access Saved Reports by clicking on the Resource Hub icon in the top right corner of your screen. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 id=\"section-1\">Save Project Report<\/h2>\n<p>Follow these simple steps to save a report. We\u2019ll use a Bar Graph as an example.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Select your project and click on Report.<\/li>\n<li>On the Report menu bar, select your preferred report.<\/li>\n<li>Choose the questions to be included in the report.<\/li>\n<li>Rearrange the questions as needed.<\/li>\n<li>Modify your report properties, if you wish.<\/li>\n<li>Based on your needs, select and apply a filter, or create one on the spot.<\/li>\n<li>Click on Generate.<\/li>\n<li>Review your report and make any necessary changes to the appearance.<\/li>\n<li>Click on Save icon at the top right corner of the page. Enter a unique name for saving the report, then click Save.<\/li>\n<li>A confirmation message will be displayed with the report name, and it will be now available in the Saved Reports section.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<div class=\"sogo-help-info-box\">\n<i class=\"fal fa-info-circle\"><\/i><\/p>\n<p class=\"sogo-info-text\">We strongly encourage saving each report with a unique name to avoid confusion. If you attempt to save a report with the same name more than once, you\u2019ll see a pop-up asking if you want to overwrite the previous report with the new data.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<h2 id=\"section-2\">Generate Saved Report<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>On the Report menu bar, click on Saved Reports.<\/li>\n<li>Review all reports saved for this project. To see other projects&#8217; saved reports, click &#8216;Show all saved reports&#8217;.<\/li>\n<li>Select the report of your choice and click Generate Report.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<div class=\"sogo-help-info-box\">\n<i class=\"fal fa-info-circle\"><\/i><\/p>\n<p class=\"sogo-info-text\">Based on your display resolution or browser zoom, you may see a 3-dot icon on the far right of the Report menu bar.
