This feature is beneficial to assist organizations manage all projects that are part of ongoing and newly developed initiatives. Utilizing the Planned and Actual Calendars, the Account Administrator has the opportunity to view how well the organization is on track with the project strategic plan that was developed.<\/p>\n<div style=\"position: relative\"><div class=\"loader-parent-overlay\" style=\"display: none;position: absolute;background: rgba(0, 0, 0, .35);width: 100%;height: 100%;\"><div class=\"loader-parent\" style=\"display: block;\">\n<div class=\"line\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"line\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"line\"><\/div><\/div>\n<\/div><iframe loading=\"lazy\" id=\"help-playvideo\" class=\"to-animate-elem help-vid-class embed-responsive-item\" data-src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/-BBnEviqh4U?rel=0\" src=\"\" width=\"100%\" height=\"339\" data-animate=\"fadeMaxUp animated\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/div>\n<p>Below is a step by step guide to implement and explore this feature:<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Planned Calendar<\/strong><\/h4>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><\/strong><\/h4>\n<ol style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Click on the Utilities icon in the top right-hand corner of your screen.<\/li>\n<li>Click on Project Calendar. A list of planned projects will be displayed.<\/li>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/R30.2.176.png\"><\/p>\n<li><strong>To add a project to the Planned Calendar:<\/strong>\n<ol style=\"list-style: lower-alpha;\">\n<li>Click on the Add Project button.<\/li>\n<li>A new interface will appear requesting project details.<\/li>\n<li>Enter the required information and click the Submit button to add this project to the planned calendar.<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/R30.2.177.png\"><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>To modify a project in the planned calendar,<\/strong> select the project to be modified and click the Modify button. After adding the necessary updates, click Submit.<\/li>\n<li><strong>To delete a project from the planned calendar,<\/strong> select the check box to the left of the project title to be deleted and click Delete button. A message saying \u201cAre you sure you want to delete the planned project?&#8221; will appear. Click OK.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Linking Planned project to Actual Calendar<\/strong>\n<ol style=\"list-style: lower-alpha;\">\n<li>Select the project to be linked from Planned Calendar and click on the &#8216;Link to Actual Calendar&#8217; button.<\/li>\n<li>A window will appear. Select the project from actual calendar to which you want to link the planned project and click Submit.
