All our plans are recurring, which means your credit card will be charged automatically and your subscription will remain active until you cancel it.<\/p>\n<p>We offer monthly and annual subscriptions. When you sign up for any paid package on a monthly and annual basis, you will be charged the indicated amount immediately. You will continue to be charged the same amount on the same day each year until you cancel your subscription. Once you cancel, you will never be billed again. However, you will be able to access your account until the last day of the billing cycle.<\/p>\n<p>If you do not want your account to auto-renew, please write to us at <a href=\"mailto:support1@sogolytics.com\">support1@sogolytics.com<\/a> and our support team will be able to provide directions about canceling at the end of your current billing cycle.<\/p>\n<h2>Accepted Methods of Payment<\/h2>\n<p>We accept <strong>all major credit cards<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Visa<\/li>\n<li>American Express<\/li>\n<li>MasterCard<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<br \/>\nWe provide you the convenience of paying by credit card. This helps us keep our costs down and we can pass the savings on to you. However, if your company absolutely requires that you pay by Purchase Order, we also provide you with that option. To do so, you must purchase a yearly package and pay an additional processing fee of $50 (USD).<\/p>\n<p>To pay by a company <strong>Purchase Order<\/strong>, please follow these steps:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Create a free account for your company.<\/li>\n<li>Send an email to support1@sogolytics.com, indicating the User ID of the account to be upgraded. Attach the purchase order, including both the annual cost of the plan and the $50 USD processing fee.<\/li>\n<li>Your account will be upgraded within one business day. We will notify you via email.<\/li>\n<li>Sogolytics will email you an invoice which must be paid within one week to keep your account in good standing. US-based companies can send a check by postal mail.
