Please write to us at <a href=\"mailto:support1@sogolytics.com\">support1@sogolytics.com<\/a> or call us at +1 (800) 646-0520.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">If you still wish to cancel your Sogolytics account, follow the steps below.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Click on your initials at the top right corner of the screen and select Account Settings from the dropdown menu.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Select &#8216;Cancel My Account&#8217; from the panel on the left.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Click on Cancel Account.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Select your reason for canceling your account.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Click on Proceed.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<div class=\"sogo-help-info-box\"><i class=\"fal fa-info-circle\"><\/i><\/p>\n<p class=\"sogo-info-text\">\n<p>To cancel your Enterprise account, please contact your account manager.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/R30.2.172.png\"><br \/>\nIf you&#8217;d like to check in before making a decision, we invite you to choose the &#8216;Talk to a Survey Expert&#8217; option and book a one-on-one call to review your options.<\/p>\n<div class=\"sogo-help-info-box\"><i class=\"fal fa-info-circle\"><\/i><\/p>\n<p class=\"sogo-info-text\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Once you cancel the account, all data in the account, including responses and saved reports, will be permanently deleted  from our servers and backups in accordance with our <a href=\"\/terms-of-services\/\">Terms of Service<\/a> and <a href=\"\/privacy-policy\/\">Privacy Policy<\/a>.
