If this happens to you, please make sure your credit card information is correct. If the transaction still doesn\u2019t go through, you may need to try a different credit card or call your bank to clear the transaction.<\/p>\n<p>If your subscription payment fails, we have an automated process in place which attempts to bill your card several times over a period of three days. If the payment does not go through after these attempts, account access is blocked. You will then receive a notification email from our Billing Department to update your credit card information.
