This article explains how to rectify, complete, or delete the data held in your Sogolytics account.<\/p>\n<p>Here\u2019s a list of the data you can fix or change in your account:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Name<\/li>\n<li>Email address<\/li>\n<li>Phone<\/li>\n<li>Job title and Department<\/li>\n<li>Company Information<\/li>\n<li>Profile picture<\/li>\n<li>Payment details<\/li>\n<li>Billing address<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>This data can be found within Account Settings in your account. Please refer to the<a href=\"\/help\/account-settings\/\" target=\"_blank\"> User Guide<\/a> to learn how to access these options.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Modifying results<\/strong><br \/>\nIf you need to amend the results of a survey, you may ask your participants to submit a new response to your survey with the corrected information or you can <a href=\"\/help\/how-to-edit-individual-survey-responses\/\" target=\"_blank\">edit the response<\/a>. If you have duplicate response entries, you can <a href=\"\/help\/how-to-edit-individual-survey-responses\/\" target=\"_blank\">delete<\/a> the incorrect entry.<\/p>\n<p>If you are a <a href=\"\/help\/rights-for-participants\/\" target=\"_blank\">participant<\/a> and have sent your personal data through a survey, the creator\/sender of the survey is responsible for processing your data.
