Sogolytics starts the organization for you, but only you know the system that will work best for you!<br \/>\n<p class=\"sogo-help-sub-head\">Navigate to<\/p>\r\n\r\n<ul class=\"sogo-help-sub-list\">\r\n    <li><a href=\"#section-1\">Access Folders<\/a><\/li>\r\n    <li><a href=\"#section-2\">Add Folders<\/a><\/li>\r\n    <li><a href=\"#section-3\">Add Sub-Folders\/Nested Folders<\/a><\/li>\r\n    <li><a href=\"#section-4\">Edit Folders<\/a><\/li>\r\n    <li><a href=\"#section-5\">Delete Folders<\/a><\/li>\r\n    <li><a href=\"#section-6\">Drag and Drop<\/a><\/li>\r\n    <li><a href=\"#section-7\">Move Projects from one folder to another<\/a><\/li>\r\n\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<\/p>\n<div style=\"position: relative\"><div class=\"loader-parent-overlay\" style=\"display: none;position: absolute;background: rgba(0, 0, 0, .35);width: 100%;height: 100%;\"><div class=\"loader-parent\" style=\"display: block;\">\n<div class=\"line\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"line\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"line\"><\/div><\/div>\n<\/div><iframe loading=\"lazy\" id=\"help-playvideo\" class=\"to-animate-elem help-vid-class embed-responsive-item\" data-src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/X4zOeOon5tg?rel=0\" src=\"\" width=\"100%\" height=\"339\" data-animate=\"fadeMaxUp animated\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/div>\n<p>By default, your account has five System-defined folders (Main, Archive, Recycle Bin, Shared, Mobile App) that are designed around functionality.<a name=\"add\"><\/a><\/p>\n<div class=\"sogo-help-info-box\"><i class=\"fal fa-info-circle\"><\/i><\/p>\n<p class=\"sogo-info-text\">\nYou\u2019ll find any surveys created in our mobile application in the Mobile App folder.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>Additionally, you may create user-defined folders, which will be displayed under the &#8216;My Folders&#8217; section on the left-hand side of the screen.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/06\/AllProj1.png\"><\/p>\n<h2 id=\"section-1\"><strong>Access Folders<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Click on the <strong>All Projects<\/strong> option on the left Panel of the screen. Select <strong>View All Projects<\/strong> at the bottom of the list.  Here, you\u2019ll find folders on the left side of the <strong>All Projects<\/strong> page.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"section-2\"><strong>Add Folders<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Create a new folder while you\u2019re starting a new project or within All Projects.<br \/>\n<strong>From All Projects:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Click on the <strong>All Projects<\/strong> option on the left Panel of the screen. Select <strong>View All Projects<\/strong> at the bottom of the list.<\/li>\n<li>Next to MY FOLDERS on the left, click on the +.<\/li>\n<li>Enter a name for your folder.<\/li>\n<li>Click the check to Save.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>While creating your project:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Once you\u2019ve chosen to start from scratch or by copying another survey template, click Continue.<\/li>\n<li>Next, name your project.<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/06\/TT28N.png\"><\/li>\n<li>Choose to add your project to a folder from the dropdown list or a new folder.<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/06\/TT29N.png\"><\/li>\n<li>Your survey will be saved in the selected folder.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<div class=\"sogo-help-info-box\"><i class=\"fal fa-info-circle\"><\/i><\/p>\n<p class=\"sogo-info-text\">Up to 50 customized folders can be added to your account.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<h2 id=\"section-3\"><strong>Add Sub-Folders\/Nested Folders<\/strong><a name=\"edit\"><\/a><\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Click on the <strong>All Projects<\/strong> option on the left Panel of the screen. Select <strong>View All Projects<\/strong> at the bottom of the list. Then, navigate to MY FOLDERS and hover over your chosen folder.<\/li>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/06\/TT30N.png\"><\/p>\n<li>Click on the + icon to the right of the folder name.<\/li>\n<li>Enter the name of the new sub-folder.<\/li>\n<li>Click the check to Save.<a name=\"delete\"><\/a><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2 id=\"section-4\"><strong>Edit Folders<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Click on the <strong>All Projects<\/strong> option on the left Panel of the screen. Select <strong>View All Projects<\/strong> at the bottom of the list. Then, navigate to MY FOLDERS and hover over any folder.<\/li>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/06\/TT31N.png\"><\/p>\n<li>Click on the pencil icon to edit.<\/li>\n<li>Make the desired change.<\/li>\n<li>Click the check to Save.<a name=\"drag\"><\/a><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2 id=\"section-5\"><strong>Delete Folders<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Click on the <strong>All Projects<\/strong> option on the left Panel of the screen. Select <strong>View All Projects<\/strong> at the bottom of the list. Then, navigate to MY FOLDERS and hover over any folder.<\/li>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/06\/TT32N.png\"><\/p>\n<li>Click on the trash icon to delete.<\/li>\n<li>Click OK to confirm.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<div class=\"sogo-help-info-box\"><i class=\"fal fa-info-circle\"><\/i><\/p>\n<p class=\"sogo-info-text\">\n<p>You can only delete an empty folder.
