This powerful combination will allow you to automate hundreds of workflows, including these options:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Create new <b>Salesforce<\/b> contacts from Sogolytics responses.<\/li>\n<li>Save new Sogolytics responses as <b>Google Sheets<\/b> spreadsheet rows.<\/li>\n<li>Create <b>Trello<\/b> cards from new Sogolytics responses<\/li>\n<li>Send email notifications or follow-ups from <b>Gmail<\/b> for new Sogolytics responses.<\/li>\n<li>Get <b>Slack<\/b> notifications for new Sogolytics responses<\/li>\n<li>Create or update <b>Hubspot CRM<\/b> contacts from Sogolytics responses.<\/li>\n<li>Create new tasks in <b>Asana<\/b> from Sogolytics responses<\/li>\n<li>Create or update <b>Infusionsoft<\/b> contacts from new Sogolytics responses.<\/li>\n<li>Create <b>Zendesk<\/b> tickets from new Sogolytics responses.<\/li>\n<li>Get an SMS from <b>ClickSend<\/b> for each new Sogolytics response.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div class=\"sogo-help-info-box\"><i class=\"fal fa-info-circle\"><\/i><\/p>\n<p class=\"sogo-info-text\">Zapier integration is available for accounts accessed through sogolytics.com and k12insight.com. It is not currently available in accounts on research.sogolytics.com.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<br \/>\nHere&#8217;s how it works:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Within your Sogolytics account, click on the Utilities button in the top right corner of your screen.<\/li>\n<li>Click Integrations.<\/li>\n<li>From the menu on the left, choose Zapier Integration.<\/li>\n<li>You&#8217;ll see 10 Zaps (automated workflow templates) ready for your use. Choose any of these, click &#8216;Use this Zap&#8217;, and you&#8217;ll be redirected to Zapier. If you prefer, you may log in to Zapier and create your own original Zap.<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/R30.2.193.png\"><\/li>\n<li>Log in into Zapier with your Zapier account credentials.<\/li>\n<li>Again, you may create your own Zap, but if you&#8217;ve already chosen a template, follow the prompts to complete the connection.\n<\/li>\n<li>Once you&#8217;ve set up your Zap(s), review and disable or enable from your Zapier dashboard.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<br \/>\nAs an example, let&#8217;s say you want to connect Sogolytics and Gmail:<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/R30.2.194.png\"><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>By default, Sogolytics will be set as your Trigger App, and the Trigger will be New Survey Response.<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/R30.2.195.png\"><\/li>\n<li>Continue.<\/li>\n<li>Click &#8216;Connect an Account&#8217; and enter your Sogolytics account credentials. If you&#8217;ve already connected an account, it will be pre-selected.<\/li>\n<li>Click Test to verify your connection. <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/R30.2.196.png\"><\/li>\n<li>If the connection is verified, you&#8217;ll see Success!<\/li>\n<li>Save + Continue.<\/li>\n<li>Select your survey from the dropdown, then click Continue.<\/li>\n<li>Test the first step of your Zap by pulling in a sample response. <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/R30.2.197.png\">\n<div class=\"sogo-help-info-box\"><i class=\"fal fa-info-circle\"><\/i><\/p>\n<p class=\"sogo-info-text\">If you don&#8217;t have any responses yet, you won&#8217;t be able to run this test.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>Select a displayed response to set up your Zap, then Continue.<\/li>\n<li>Choose from the list of Actions available for the app you selected.
