By default, results include projects in all folders. To refine results to a specific folder, click the All Folders dropdown.<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/R29.16.png\" \/><\/p>\n<h2 id=\"section-2\">Filter<\/h2>\n<p>Click the Filter icon on the top right to filter projects. By default, results from all folders will be displayed. To refine results to a specific folder, click the All Folders dropdown. Filter options include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Project Type<\/li>\n<li>Status<\/li>\n<li>Start Date<\/li>\n<li>End Date<\/li>\n<li>Functionality<\/li>\n<li>School year (available only for accounts on k12insight.com)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/R29.17.png\" \/><\/p>\n<div class=\"sogo-help-info-box\"><i class=\"fal fa-info-circle\"><\/i> <\/p>\n<p class=\"sogo-info-text\">Use Search and Filter together to narrow results.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<h2 id=\"section-3\">Move<\/h2>\n<p>To move projects to a new folder, hover and check the box in front of each title, click the Move icon in the top right, and select the destination folder.<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/R30.2.16.gif\" \/><\/p>\n<h2 id=\"section-4\">Show\/Hide Columns<\/h2>\n<p>Click the Show\/Hide Columns icon in the top right corner to select and display the most relevant columns, then save.<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/R30.2.17.png\" \/><\/p>\n<h2 id=\"section-5\">Rename<\/h2>\n<p>Click on the project title itself to revise the name, then confirm your change. You can also edit details like name and description within Design under Options.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"section-6\">Edit<\/h2>\n<p>Hover over the project name and click on the pencil icon that appears to the right. You\u2019ll be taken directly to the Design module so you any necessary changes.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"section-7\">Preview<\/h2>\n<p>Hover over the project name and click on the eye icon to the right. A new tab will open to display your project exactly as it will appear to participants. Multiple preview options are available.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"section-8\">Alerts<\/h2>\n<p>Set up follow-up email alerts for your participants or team members with <a href=\"\/help\/how-to-set-up-instant-thanks-emails\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Instant Thanks<\/a> and <a href=\"\/help\/how-to-set-up-survey-rules-and-alerts\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Rules and Alerts<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"section-9\">Publish<\/h2>\n<p>When you hover over the project name, you\u2019ll see a Publish icon to the right. Click on this icon and you\u2019ll be taken directly to the menu of distribution options so you can launch quickly.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"section-10\">Track<\/h2>\n<p>Get real-time insights on each project by tracking delivery, responses, and more. <a href=\"\/help\/overview\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Learn more<\/a> about tracking options.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"section-11\">Report<\/h2>\n<p>Hovering over your project name will reveal a bar graph icon to the far right. Click on this icon to dive straight in to the Report module and start your analysis.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"section-12\">Data<\/h2>\n<p>Hover over a project title and you\u2019ll see the Data icon to the right. Click here to be taken to the Data tab, where you can export into a variety of formats or import new data.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"section-13\">Copy<\/h2>\n<p>Save time and improve collaboration by making a copy of your project. Choose from two options:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><b> This Account:<\/b> Choosing this option allows you to duplicate the project into the same folder within the current account.<\/li>\n<li><b>Into Different Account:<\/b> To copy a project into a different account, you\u2019ll need the account\u2019s User ID. The administrator of that account will receive a notification and can decide whether or not to accept the copied project.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>More<\/h3>\n<p>Hover over the project name and click on the More icon that appears at the right end to display additional options:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>\n<h4>Save in My Templates<\/h4>\n<p>Choose this option to save your project as a template and use it again whenever required.<\/li>\n<li>\n<h4 id=\"section-14\">Download<\/h4>\n<p>Whether you need an offline version of this project for your own review, to collect team feedback, to generate paper versions, or anything else, you\u2019ve got it!<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><b>Adobe PDF<\/b> downloads a clean, un-editable document. You may search for certain words within the document, for example, but you cannot edit text or images.<\/li>\n<li><b>MS Word<\/b> downloads a copy of the project in Microsoft Word format, allowing you to edit text, images, margins, and other details.<\/li>\n<li><b>Scanner Ready<\/b> format also opens an editable copy of the project in Microsoft Word. However, the extra spacing and wide margins of this format make it more conducive to scanning paper results via a third party.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h4 id=\"section-15\">Delete<\/h4>\n<p>You can delete your project by clicking on delete under More. Keep in mind that deleting your project will delete any invitation, responses and reports associated with it.<\/li>\n<li>\n<h4 id=\"section-16\">Expiry Rules<\/h4>\n<p>Choose when to expire your survey \u2013 now, based on a certain condition, or when the account expires. <a href=\"\/help\/how-to-set-survey-expiration-date\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Learn more<\/a> about how you can set advanced Expiration Rules.<\/li>\n<li>\n<h4 id=\"section-18\">Assign QIDs<\/h4>\n<p>If you work with Dimensional Analysis Report, you can assign QIDs to questions across projects.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2 id=\"section-17\">Folders<\/h2>\n<p>Your account includes default folders automatically, but to organize your projects, you may create customized folders.
