Applicable to Invitations, Reminders, Rules and Alerts, Instant Thanks and emailed Reports, these settings ensure better deliverability of all your emails.<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" id=\"help-playvideo\" class=\"help-vid-class embed-responsive-item\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/DgNNCq1oEls?rel=0\" width=\"100%\" height=\"339\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>To access Outbound Email Settings, follow these steps:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Click on your account initials in the top right corner, then choose Account Settings from the dropdown menu.<\/li>\n<li>Click Outbound Email Settings in the menu on the left.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Outbound Email Settings consists of the following:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Choosing the Mail Servers to send out emails<\/strong><br \/>\nBy default, emails are sent through Sogolytics\u2019s mail servers, but you may use your mail server to send out the emails.<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"\/help\/how-to-verify-your-email-address\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Email Address Verification<\/strong><\/a><br \/>\nAll email addresses used as sender email addresses must be verified. Simply add email address under Email Address(es) authorized to be used as Sender Email Address, and Email Address Verification is as simple as a click.<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"\/help\/sender-domain-authentication\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Authenticating Sender Domain<\/strong><\/a><br \/>\nWhile Sender Domain Authentication is optional, it really helps your emails look professional and appear to come from you, even when you are using Sogolytics\u2019s mail servers. This is because upon authentication, we encrypt your message and sign it using your domain\u2019s unique signature.
