The time required to prepare your data will vary based on the number of responses collected. If you\u2019d like to purchase additional analysis power, contact your Account Manager.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<h2 id=\"section-2\">Dashboard<\/h2>\n<p>The Dashboard includes multiple elements that allow you to see an overall overview, a breakdown by topic, and a closer look at relevant responses.<\/p>\n<h3>Report-Level Options<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Review overall metrics from the bar across the top of the report.<\/li>\n<li>For a closer look at certain segments of your data, click the Filter button on the top right to create or apply a filter.<\/li>\n<li>If your project is multilingual, choose to filter records for a single language or multiple languages.<\/li>\n<li>To include or exclude selected open-ended questions, click on the Modify filter icon on the top left corner of the page.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Dashboard-Level Options<\/h3>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/30.2_R56.png\"><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>To review responses by question or by sentiment, make selections from the top right of the Dashboard.<\/li>\n<li>To email your Dashboard, click on the email icon.<\/li>\n<li>To reset all filters, click on the reset icon.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Sentiment Graph:<\/h3>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/30.2_R57.png\"><br \/>\nThis graph categorizes all responses into topics.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Hover over each topic\u2019s donut chart to see:<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/30.2_R58.png\"><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Number of responses categorized within this topic<\/li>\n<li>Mean Sentiment<\/li>\n<li>Median Sentiment<\/li>\n<li>Number and percentage of positive responses<\/li>\n<li>Number and percentage of negative responses<\/li>\n<li>Number and percentage of neutral responses<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Click on the donut chart to see the complete set of responses for the chosen topic.\n<div class=\"sogo-help-info-box\"><i class=\"fal fa-info-circle\"><\/i><\/p>\n<p class=\"sogo-info-text\">A maximum of 7 topics will be displayed.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<h3>Word Cloud<\/h3>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/30.2_R59.png\"><br \/>\nYou\u2019ll see a visual representation of text responses that highlight terms based on their frequency of use. Larger words indicate a higher frequency of use. Customize your word cloud by clicking on the three-dot icon.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"section-3\">Open-Ended Responses<\/h2>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/30.2_R60.png\"><br \/>\nClick the Open-Ended Responses tab to review the full text and details of each response.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>To see an overview by category, click Show Graph.<\/li>\n<li>Within the search box on the left, enter keywords to look for something specific.<\/li>\n<li>To filter topic, or sentiment, click on the column title and choose from the dropdown menu.<\/li>\n<li>To change the sentiment of a specific response, click on the icon next to the sentiment and select from the dropdown options.<\/li>\n<li>Click on the download icon to export all or filtered open-ended responses.<\/li>\n<li>Reset any filters applied by clicking on the reset icon on the far right.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 id=\"section-4\">Multilingual Analysis<\/h2>\n<p>When you reach out to a wide audience, it\u2019s important to understand everyone\u2019s feedback. Get the bigger picture by analyzing responses received in multiple languages. <\/p>\n<p>The Textual Analysis Report currently supports analysis of responses in these languages:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Chinese (Simplified)<\/li>\n<li>Chinese (Traditional)<\/li>\n<li>English<\/li>\n<li>English (UK)<\/li>\n<li>French<\/li>\n<li>German<\/li>\n<li>Italian<\/li>\n<li>Japanese<\/li>\n<li>Korean<\/li>\n<li>Portuguese (Brazilian)<\/li>\n<li>Portuguese (Continental)<\/li>\n<li>Spanish<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 id=\"section-5\">Refine Results<\/h2>\n<p>To improve the relevance of your results and provide deeper industry-specific insights, consider a custom Text Analysis model.
