A typical engagement project includes the following elements:<\/p>\n<p><b>Overall engagement questions:<\/b> This dimension includes multiple questions designed to measure engagement level, and responses are usually mandatory. Answers options are generally presented as a 5-point agreement scale. Results from this section will be used to show overall engagement scores.<br \/>\n<b>Engagement drivers:<\/b> These dimensions measure factors that may impact engagement, including topics like communication, leadership, and environment. Answers options are generally presented as a 5-point agreement scale. Results from this section will be correlated with overall engagement.<br \/>\n<b>Demographics:<\/b> These questions may include background items used in segmenting results, such as location or role.<\/p>\n<p>When your project\u2019s out and results are in, here\u2019s how to run this report:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Select your project and click on Report.\n<\/li>\n<li>From the Report menu bar, click Special Reports and choose Engagement Report.<\/li>\n<li>First, define your participant group (e.g., employees) and the total number of expected responses.<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/R30.2.138.png\"><\/li>\n<li>Click on Continue.<\/li>\n<li>Choose all the engagement questions in the project. At the bottom of the page, you will see the default engagement score ranges. To classify engagement levels differently, modify the ranges.\n<div class=\"sogo-help-info-box\"><i class=\"fal fa-info-circle\"><\/i><\/p>\n<p class=\"sogo-info-text\">\n<ul>\n<li> Engagement questions are those which measure each participant\u2019s overall level of engagement.<\/li>\n<li> Only rating question types like Matrix Grid, Rating Drop Down, Rating Radio Button, Rating Scale, Rating Scale Grid, Rating Drop Down Grid, Rating Radio Grid and Symbol Rating will be displayed here.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>Next, select your Driver questions.\n<div class=\"sogo-help-info-box\"><i class=\"fal fa-info-circle\"><\/i><\/p>\n<p class=\"sogo-info-text\">Driver questions ask about different aspects of your participants\u2019 experience that may affect their engagement.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>To include engagement levels for additional questions, enable \u2018Do you want to Specify Additional Questions?\u2019. For example, you might like your final report to include a slide that shows both answers and engagement levels by tenure.<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/R30.2.139.png\"><\/li>\n<li>Select questions and Continue.<\/li>\n<li>To break down engagement levels for a specific group, enable \u2018Do you want to review engagement results broken down by specific groups?\u2019. For example, you might want your report to include a slide that shows the engagement level breakdown for each department.<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/R30.2.140.png\"><\/li>\n<li>Choose the group question from the dropdown and Continue.<\/li>\n<li>To include a complete report (both engagement level and focus areas) for specific segments of your participation enable \u2018Do you want to generate group-specific reports?\u2019.<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/R30.2.141.png\"><\/li>\n<li>Enter the title for these segments (e.g., Location) and choose your segment question.<\/li>\n<li>As needed, click Add More to create multiple segment sets. When you\u2019re done, Continue.<\/li>\n<li>To apply a filter to your report in order to view only a certain portion of responses, enable \u2018Do you want to apply a filter on this report?\u2019. Select an existing filter or create a new filter based on your preferred conditions.<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/R30.2.142.png\"><\/li>\n<li>To create the final report, click Generate, then choose PowerPoint or Excel format to download your report.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2>Report Details<\/h2>\n<p>Your downloaded report will include the following elements:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A cover slide (PPT only).<\/li>\n<li>Contextual slides explaining the project, results, and design (PPT only).<\/li>\n<li>A stacked bar graph showing the response rate based on the maximum total provided.<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/Eng-6.png\"><\/li>\n<li><b>Engagement section, including:<\/b>\n<ul>\n<li><b>Engagement Scale Items:<\/b> This horizontal bar graph displays every engagement question by weighted score (1-5), presented from highest to lowest score.<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/09\/NEng-7.png\"><\/li>\n<li><b>Level of Engagement:<\/b> This stacked bar graph shows the breakdown of overall engagement among all participants. Engagement scores are classified as less engaged (&lt;3.5), engaged (3.5 to 4.5) or highly engaged (&gt;4.5).<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/Eng-8.png\"><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><b>Focus Areas section, including:<\/b>\n<ul>\n<li>Contextual slide explaining the calculations that follow (PPT only).<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/09\/NEng-9.png\"><\/li>\n<li>Tables that display driver items for attention. Items are correlated to the engagement levels to classify focus areas as listed below:\n<ul>\n<li><b>Red (Primary Focus Area):<\/b> These items have low ratings but a strong correlation to engagement. Improving scores here will likely increase engagement.<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/09\/NEng-10.png\"><\/li>\n<li><b>Yellow (Secondary Focus Area):<\/b> These items are rated high and have a strong correlation to engagement. Celebrating these items will promote positive engagement.<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/09\/NEng-11.png\"><\/li>\n<li><b>Blue:<\/b> These items are rated low but have a weak relationship to engagement.
