If you don\u2019t see this column, click the Show\/Hide Columns icon in the top right and customize your view.<\/li>\n<li>If you\u2019re looking at the results of a new study, see the big picture first with an <a href=\"\/help\/overview-omni-report\/\">Omni <\/a>or <a href=\"\/help\/advanced-frequency-survey-report\/\">Advanced Frequency Report<\/a>. From there, drill down by segmenting or filtering results into actionable chunks. For example, you might want to review satisfaction scores across different locations so you can learn what\u2019s working best.<\/li>\n<li>If you\u2019ve included a<a href=\"\/help\/how-to-use-key-driver\/\"> Key Driver question<\/a> in your project, the <a href=\"\/help\/how-to-use-key-driver-analysis-report\/\">Key Driver Analysis<\/a> report is a smart way to examine how important variables (product, service, value, etc.) impact your customers\u2019 overall feelings about your company.
