Before you set up your automation rules within the Sogolytics platform, you\u2019ll need to configure and connect the SFTP (Secure File Transfer Protocol) server.<\/p>\n

Here\u2019s how you can get started:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Connect with your Account Manager to share your request and update your contract as needed.<\/li>\n
  2. Once your request is received, we will start configuring your server.<\/li>\n
  3. Your Account Manager will follow up with you to share your connection credentials.<\/li>\n
  4. Use these credentials to connect through your SFTP client (WinSCP, FileZilla, etc.).<\/li>\n
  5. Once successfully connected, check your Sogolytics account to confirm:\n

    1. Click on the Utilities icon in the top right of your screen.<\/li>\n
    2. Select Integrations.<\/li>\n
    3. Choose Secure File Transfer Protocol from the left panel.

    4. Review your connection details.<\/li>\n
    5. As needed, unlink from this same location.
