You\u2019ll save time, improve consistency, and keep the conversation going. Over time, you\u2019ll collect valuable data and track trends to better understand your participants\u2019 experience and feedback.<\/p>\n<p class=\"sogo-help-sub-head\">Navigate to<\/p>\r\n\r\n<ul class=\"sogo-help-sub-list\">\r\n    <li><a href=\"#section-1\">Set up Recurring Delivery <\/a><\/li>\r\n     <li><a href=\"#section-2\">Update Recurring Delivery <\/a><\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\n<div class=\"example-block-container blue-shade\">\n        <span class=\"example-block-content\"><span class=\"example-block-header\">For example:<\/span>A weekly or monthly pulse check is a great way to keep up with your employees. Recurring invitations allow you to send pulse check invitations directly to the right addresses at the right time so you can monitor trends and take action as needed. <\/span>\n  <\/div>\n<div class=\"sogo-help-info-box\"><i class=\"fal fa-info-circle\"><\/i><\/p>\n<p class=\"sogo-info-text\">This feature is available only in our Enterprise plan. <a class=\"button-demo-form exclude_class_load\" href=\"javascript:openRequestDemoForm()\">Contact us<\/a> to take advantage of this option.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<h2 id=\"section-1\">Set up Recurring Delivery<\/h2>\n<p>Recurring delivery uses a Contact List to send Single-Use Link email invitations. Here\u2019s how to set it up:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Select your project, then click on the Publish icon.<\/li>\n<li>Under the Email\/SMS column, select Automated Email\/SMS.<\/li>\n<li>In Select Email Message, review and select your chosen invitation created under Email Templates.<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/R30.4.5.png\"><\/li>\n<li>In Source of Email Addresses, choose \u2018From a List\u2019 to select a list created under Contact Lists.<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/R30.4.4.png\"><\/li>\n<li>Based on your selected invitation and project, map Mail Merge or Pre-Population values.<\/li>\n<li>Under Send\/Schedule Invitations, click Recurring to define your survey schedule.<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/30.2_D288.png\"><\/li>\n<p>Options include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Daily:<\/strong> Identify the time for invitations to be sent every day.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Weekly:<\/strong> Choose both the time and day of the week for weekly delivery. Click on the plus icon to add more days.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Monthly:<\/strong> Choose both the date and time for monthly delivery. Click on the plus icon to add more dates.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Yearly:<\/strong> Choose the month, date, and time for annual delivery. Click on the plus icon to add more.\n<div class=\"sogo-help-info-box\"><i class=\"fal fa-info-circle\"><\/i><\/p>\n<p class=\"sogo-info-text\"> If a selected date is the last day of the month, the following invitations will also be sent on the last day of each month.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Custom: <\/strong>Set custom rules with a combination of any of the above options.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<li>Schedule the delivery Start Date and End Date.<\/li>\n<li>\nIf you want to send invitations to a specific sub-set of contacts, enable Contact Selection Criteria. You have two methods of filtering contacts using this option:<\/p>\n<ol style=\"list-style: lower-alpha;\">\n<li>Send only to contacts (Added\/Updated\/Added or Updated) since last distribution: Will send invites only to the contacts which are newly added or updated or added\/updated. It won\u2019t send invites to those records which are unchanged from the last distribution.<\/li>\n<li>Send only to contacts with the current date in selected\u202fcolumn(s): Will send invites only when the dates added in the mapped columns matches the distribution date.<\/li>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/R30.4.6.png\"><\/ol>\n<div class=\"sogo-help-info-box\">\n<i class=\"fal fa-info-circle\"><\/i><\/p>\n<p class=\"sogo-info-text\"> If this condition is selected, invitations will only be sent to records in which the date in the selected column is the date of distribution.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>As desired, choose to send reminders to non-participants at automatic intervals, selecting the appropriate Email Message for each.<\/li>\n<li>Next, choose to expire your invitation at a set interval.<\/li>\n<li>Finally, once everything is set, click on Set Recurring.<\/li>\n<div class=\"sogo-help-info-box\"><i class=\"fal fa-info-circle\"><\/i><\/p>\n<p class=\"sogo-info-text\"> Only one recurring invitation delivery schedule can be set up per project.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/ol>\n<h2 id=\"section-2\">Update Recurring Delivery<\/h2>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/30.2_D290.png\"><\/p>\n<p>When a recurring delivery rule is set up, you\u2019ll see this option in a message across the top of the Publish page within Distribute. To modify your recurring delivery schedule, click on View\/Edit within the message band.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/30.2_D291.png\"><br \/>\nHere\u2019s what you\u2019ll see:<br \/>\nList name and a card for each of these four metrics as below: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Total Records in Contact List\u200b<\/li>\n<li>Recurring Start Date<\/li>\n<li>Total Invitations Sent<\/li>\n<li>Total Responses<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div class=\"sogo-help-info-box\">\n<i class=\"fal fa-info-circle\"><\/i><\/p>\n<p class=\"sogo-info-text\"> Once the automation process starts, a timestamped list of any modifications will be shown.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>End Recurring:<\/strong> Stop the recurring schedule of all email invitations right away.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Pause Recurring:<\/strong> Pause ongoing recurring delivery. This option makes it easy to make any required modifications to your project, Contact List, or Email Templates.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Edit Recurring:<\/strong> Modify your existing recurring invitation schedule, including changes to reminder and expiration details.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div class=\"sogo-help-info-box\"><i class=\"fal fa-info-circle\"><\/i><\/p>\n<p class=\"sogo-info-text\">Any edits you make to recurring delivery will only affect future occurrences.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>If you\u2019d like to ask your audience the same questions on a regular basis, schedule recurring invitations.
