As part of being HIPPA compliant, Sogolytics ensures that it operates in a way that is consistent and compatible with those laws and Sogolytics’s role as a business associate to a covered entity user. <\/p>\n

In accordance with our Terms of Service<\/a>, Sogolytics only permits PHI to be collected by regulated entities if it is done through a HIPAA-enabled account with a business associate agreement (BAA) in place.
