In an Assessment, you may choose to allow participants to print a copy of their responses, their own Results Page, or a blank copy of the Assessment.
\n<\/p>\n

Participant Results<\/h2>\n

Allow your respondents to print a copy of the Result Page in PDF format. The message included on your Results Page<\/a> and Category Score Graph, if enabled, will be included in the printed copy. <\/p>\n

Here\u2019s how to enable this option: <\/p>\n

  1. Select an Assessment to edit. <\/li>\n
  2. In the Design menu toolbar, click on the Options icon and select \u2018Print Options\u2019 from the dropdown menu. <\/li>\n
  3. Toggle on \u2018Allow participants to print a copy of their results?\u2019 under Participant Results. <\/li>\n

  4. Preview the Assessment. You\u2019ll see the Print Results option on the Results Page. <\/li>\n

    Print Assessment Responses <\/h2>\n

    If you like, you can allow participants to print a copy of their answers after they submit a complete response or save an incomplete response. This feature can be useful if participants might want to keep a record of their answers. <\/p>\n

    Here\u2019s how: <\/p>\n

    2. In the Design menu toolbar, click on the Options icon and select \u2018Print Options\u2019 from the dropdown menu. <\/li>\n
    3. Under Assessment Responses, toggle on \u2018Allow participants to view a copy of their response?\u2019. <\/li>\n
