Tagging Dialogues will help you to categorize messages and identify trends across Interest Areas, Customer groups, and time periods.<\/p>\n<h2>How do I add Tags to Dialogues?<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>From your inbox, click the Dialogue that you wish to add Tags to.<\/li>\n<li>Within the Dialogue open, click the Tags icon (tiny plus icon) located directly below the timestamp.<\/li>\n<li>Scroll\/Search through the Tags drop-down menu to choose from a list of existing tags, or type in the box to create a new tag.<\/li>\n<li>Remove Dialogue Tags by hovering over it and clicking the \u201cX\u201d.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/SC26.1.png\" \/><\/p>\n<h2>How can I use Tags?<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>To search<\/strong>: Using <a href=\"https:\/\/kc.k12insight.com\/index.php\/article\/search\/\">Advanced Search<\/a>, you can look for all Dialogues containing certain Tags.<\/li>\n<li><strong>To view trends<\/strong>: Check out the Tags section in the bottom right of the Overview Dashboard to see what Tags are used most frequently.<\/li>\n<li><strong>To trigger additional actions<\/strong>:\u202fUse Tags to trigger additional actions via\u202f<strong>Workflow<\/strong>\u202fin SogoConnect.<\/li>\n<li><strong>To label multiple related Dialogues<\/strong>: Use Bulk Editor to apply the same Tag(s) to several dialogues at the same time.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>To manage all Tags, go to Settings then click on Tags located under the Reporting section in the left panel.
