Here you\u2019ll see \u201cDialogues,\u201d \u201cBookmarks,\u201d and \u201cSpam.\u201d<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Dialogues<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>When you sign into your SoGoConnect account, the first page you\u2019ll be brought to is your inbox. You\u2019ll see the top tab that says \u201cDialogues.\u201d You can sort through each Dialogue by its type, subject, when it was received, its priority, Interest Area, and Owner.<\/p>\n<p>Below the Dialogue tab, you\u2019ll see a row with four different sections: \u201cAssigned to Me,\u201d \u201cTeam,\u201d \u201cClosed,\u201d and \u201cAll.\u201d Let\u2019s breakdown what each of these sections mean.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Assigned to Me:<\/strong>\u00a0You are responsible for resolving all of the Dialogues in this section.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Team:<\/strong> You have access to these Dialogues as part of one or more teams you belong to, but you&#8217;re not personally responsible for responding.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Closed: <\/strong>These are Dialogues that have been closed and resolved. If you need to go back to re-open any Dialogues or go back and check previous Dialogues, this is the place to do it.<\/li>\n<li><strong>All:<\/strong> This page consists of all Dialogues that your organization has received in SoGoConnect. You will only see this section if you are a System Administrator.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/SC29.0.png\" \/><\/p>\n<h2><strong>Bookmarks<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>If there are any Dialogues that are of particular importance, you can Bookmark them and find them on this page.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Spam<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>We do our best to auto-filter any potential spam messages, but if one sneaks through, you can manually mark it as spam.
