If you need to get other colleagues or teams in the loop to resolve an issue, SoGoConnect\u2019s Internal Comments are the place to get it done.<\/p>\n<h2>How to Add an Internal Comment<\/h2>\n<p>When on the page for a Specific Dialogue, below the Original Message and Dialogue Timeline you\u2019ll see a text box that says \u201cAdd internal comment.\u201d Here you\u2019ll be able to make internal notes only those within your organization can see. If you want to tag a specific user or group in your Internal Comment, use \u201c@\u201d for specific people and \u201c#\u201d for user groups.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/08\/SC42.1.png\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Along with posting the Internal Comment, you can also add an action to it for your next steps.
