Depending on how you\u2019ve set up your SoGoConnect page, Customers may be selecting their Interest Area of choice from a menu-like landing page, or they may be sent directly to the Interest Area you\u2019ve already identified for them. Either way, they\u2019ll almost definitely end up at the Dialogue form. No matter how they get there, and no matter which Interest Area they select, your Customers will see a form that looks something like this:<\/p>\n

If the account has been set up in multiple languages, a drop-down menu will appear in the top right-hand corner of the form. Selecting a different language displays a translated form. For more on setting up multiple languages, see Translation.<\/p>\n
