<\/p>\nWhen first signing into SogoConnect, you\u2019ll be brought to the Dialogues page. In the top left corner, below the logo, you\u2019ll see a bar graph icon in between a four-square icon and an announcement icon. Click on the bar graph icon to be taken to the SoGoConnect Dashboard.<\/p>\n

The Dashboard is a hub where you can see the broad strokes of how your organization is closing the loop.<\/p>\n
On your Dialogue Overview, you\u2019ll see your CX Score, how many customers had a positive experience, negative experience, the ages of your active Dialogues, Dialogues that are past due, and any unresolved critical Dialogues.<\/p>\n
You\u2019ll also see the Community Voice section, which has a word cloud which can show you the words most commonly used. Below the word cloud you\u2019ll the overall top words or the top critical words displayed in progress bars.<\/p>\n
On the Dashboard you also can get an overview of Dialogue Metrics: you can view how many Dialogues come from each customer type, dialogue type, entry point, and customer frequency.<\/p>\n
You\u2019ll also be able to see Dialogue Activity.<\/p>\n
To the left of the SogoConnect Dashboard you\u2019ll see the Overview column where you can filter what you want to see on the Dashboard. If you collapse the Overview section, you\u2019ll be able to open Comparison tabs that can compare Users, Interest Area Categories, and Interest Area Topics.<\/p>\n
