That includes:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Total # of emails sent\n<ul>\n<li>Total # of emails delivered<\/li>\n<li>% of emails opened<\/li>\n<li>% of emails delivered, but unopened<\/li>\n<li>% of emails bounced (never reached intended inboxes)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>From the opened emails, you can also tell:\n<ul>\n<li>% of clicks<\/li>\n<li>% of users who unsubscribed to campaigns<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>You can also find these statistics for each campaign by scrolling down to see them separated:<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/08\/SC52.6.png\"><\/p>\n<p>Additional things you can do:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Click on the Dialogues Created number to open up an inbox of all dialogues that came in from that specific campaign.<\/li>\n<li>Choose which campaigns to display by clicking the drop-down under Overview and selecting a campaign. By default, all campaigns are displayed.<\/li>\n<li>Click the gear wheel to the right of each campaign to\u202f<em><strong>View Full Report,\u202fDownload Report,\u202fResend Campaign,<\/strong><\/em> or\u202f<strong><em>Delete Campaign.<\/em><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em><strong>Campaigns go out, Dialogues come in \u2013 an all-in-one system for two-way communication!<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Review Results Click\u202fCampaign Dashboard, then\u202fscroll down to see\u202fOverview, followed by each campaign and its relevant statistics.
