In general, this should be a seamless transition for you and your participants. Because you\u2019ll see a few changes, we want to ensure all of your questions are answered.<\/p>\n<p>We hope the details below will help address any questions you may have. If you have additional questions, please connect with your Account Manager, or reach out to support1@sogolytics.com.<\/p>\n<p><strong>I have a survey that\u2019s currently live. Will my participants be impacted?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Nope! All current participation links, from email invitations to embedded forms, will automatically redirect to the new domain. Data will be continuously collected and will reflect in your reports.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Do I need to bookmark a new login page?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>All existing links will redirect to the new links on June 1. When you access the current login page, you\u2019ll automatically be redirected to the new login page. No updates are required for sender email addresses that have been verified or sender domains that have already authenticated. If you use the system default email address when sending invitations [example@mail1.zarca-inc.com] you will see that it\u2019s automatically updated [example@email.sogolytics.com].<\/p>\n<p><strong>Do I need to do anything with safelisting\/whitelisting?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Whitelisting, also known as safelisting, is the process of letting your servers know it\u2019s okay to accept emails from our system. This improves internal delivery of invitations, reports, and other notifications.<\/p>\n<p>Here\u2019s what you need to know:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>If you&#8217;ve never completed whitelisting, no worries. No action required.<\/li>\n<li>If you\u2019ve previously completed whitelisting by domain, great! No action required.<\/li>\n<li>If you\u2019ve completed whitelisting by specific IPs, you\u2019ll need to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sogolytics.com\/help\/your-successful-delivery-plan\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">update your firewall settings<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>To make transitions easier, we\u2019ve been encouraging domain-based whitelisting for some time, so there\u2019s a good chance you\u2019re already covered!<\/p>\n<p><strong>Do I have to change anything about the APIs I have set up now?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>These changes should not impact current APIs, but it\u2019s always a good idea to test.
