Within the Key Driver Analysis report, multiple potential Drivers will be examined for their potential relationship with and impact on a target EX Metric.<\/p>\n<p>The <strong>EX Metric<\/strong> (eNPS, ESAT, or EES) is the selected measure of progress that may be influenced by Drivers.<br \/>\n<div class=\"example-block-container blue-shade\">\n        <span class=\"example-block-content\"><span class=\"example-block-header\">For example:<\/span> A company might be concerned about their clients\u2019 overall satisfaction with a particular product or service. The target outcome Metric, in this case, would be an overall satisfaction score (ESAT).<\/span>\n  <\/div>\n<p>The <strong>Drivers<\/strong> are performance-based metrics that may have a possible impact on the EX Metric being studied.
