The Dashboard gives you a bird\u2019s eye view of your data so you can track real-time trends. <\/p>\n<p>Here\u2019s what you can see on the EX Dashboard: <\/p>\n<h3><a href=\"\/help\/ex-dashboard-overview\/\">Dashboard Overview<\/a><\/h3>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/EXD1.png\"> <\/p>\n<p>We provide three employee care metrics \u2013 eNPS, ESAT, and EES \u2013 that offer a solid foundation for your EX study, but you may also create custom metrics to measure key elements specific to the experience of your own employees. By gathering and acting on this valuable feedback, you will be able to attract more employees, satisfy and retain existing employees, and make impactful moves right away and down the road. <\/p>\n<p>The Dashboard Overview allows you to view key metric scores associated with all or selected Tags.  <\/p>\n<p>For a deeper understanding of what\u2019s impacting the performance of your EX metrics across Tags, view the Insights section and drill down on key drivers. Understand which drivers matter the most to your employees and track their performance over time. <\/p>\n<div class=\"sogo-help-info-box\">\n<i class=\"fal fa-info-circle\"><\/i> <\/p>\n<p class=\"sogo-info-text\"><a href=\"\/help\/ex-dashboard-overview \">Learn more<\/a> about the data analyzed under the Overview tab in the EX Dashboard. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<h3><a href=\"\/help\/employee-journey\/\">Employee Journey<\/a><\/h3>\n<p>This portion of the Dashboard helps you to map the satisfaction (and other metrics!) of your employees through various stages of their experiences with you. Drill down even more closely to view sub-stages, tracking experience across as many projects as needed. In the big picture, you may create multiple journeys for different groups of employees (those with home loans, those with checking accounts, etc.).<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/EXD2-1.png\"> <\/p>\n<h3><a href=\"\/help\/ex-dashboard-comparison\/\">Comparison<\/a><\/h3>\n<p>Compare Tags within a single category or create your own comparison data sets.
