Whatever makes your employees feel the way they do, that\u2019s a driver!<\/p>\n<p>Beyond the appropriately named Key Driver question, any weighted rating question can be used as a driver. Rating questions included in your EX projects will appear in the Insights section of the Overview tab on your Dashboard. Choose to include any of these questions as drivers:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Rating Radio Button<\/li>\n<li>Rating Scale<\/li>\n<li>Rating dropdown<\/li>\n<li>Symbol Rating<\/li>\n<li>Rating Radio Grid<\/li>\n<li>Rating Scale Grid<\/li>\n<li>Rating Dropdown Grid<\/li>\n<li>Key Driver<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div class=\"sogo-help-info-box\">\n<i class=\"fal fa-info-circle\"><\/i><\/p>\n<p class=\"sogo-info-text\">Key Driver questions appear under Insights in the EX Dashboard Overview tab by default.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<h3>Modify\/Add Drivers on the EX Dashboard<\/h3>\n<p>Once responses have been received in an EX project that includes metric questions and potential drivers, follow these steps to view insights on the Dashboard.<\/p>\n<div class=\"sogo-help-info-box\">\n<i class=\"fal fa-info-circle\"><\/i><\/p>\n<p class=\"sogo-info-text\"><a href=\"\/help\/how-to-add-tags-to-your-ex-survey\/\">Learn more<\/a> about adding Tags to Driver questions while building your survey.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>Here\u2019s how to modify Drivers shown in Insights on the Overview tab of your EX Dashboard:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ol>\n<li>Open the EX Dashboard.<\/li>\n<li>Click on the gear\/settings icon in the right-hand corner.<\/li>\n<li>Select Manage Drivers from the left menu.<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/09\/EXD1.png\" \/><\/li>\n<li>From the Existing Drivers tab, check or uncheck the Drivers you\u2019d like to include. Here, you may also edit the names of these questions.<\/li>\n<li>For each Driver question, you\u2019ll see all associated Tags. Choose which metric they should be correlated with (eNPS, ESAT, EES or any Custom Metric). Only metrics with the same tag will be available in the drop down.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<div class=\"sogo-help-info-box\">\n<i class=\"fal fa-info-circle\"><\/i><\/p>\n<p class=\"sogo-info-text\">To read more about the correlation with outcome metrics, <a href=\"\/help\/what-is-key-driver-analysis\/\"> click here<\/a>.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<ol>\n<li>To review additional drivers, click Add New.<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/09\/EXD2.png\" \/><\/li>\n<li>On the left, select Tags from which you\u2019d like to add Drivers.<\/li>\n<li>For each Tag selected, view the available rating questions on the right.<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/09\/EXD3.png\" \/><\/li>\n<li>Choose the questions to add and click Add Drivers.
